This Vintage release selects only the finest distillates of Single Pot Still & Single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured in exceptional American Oak casks. Non-chill filtered, this whiskey is a full-bodied, high strength, flavoursome whiskey, with just 7,920 bottles created. Bottled at an impressive 54.6% ABV. A bold and complex dram.

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Notes of ginger and pepper spice alongside rich butterscotch.

TASTE: Hints of toasted oak, biscuit and dark chocolate mingle with sweet vanilla.

FINISH: An exceptional finish, bursting with character and flavor.

There’s plenty of American oak cask character to explore on the nose, with caramel, malt, vanilla, toffee, and hazelnut, balanced with ground pepper, candied ginger, and dried citrus. There’s no real urgency to add water; just soak up the flavors of baked orange, toffee, ginger, and pepper."
