Extracted and concentrated, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful example of what an old vine vineyard grown in a cool climate can produce. Most Cabernet producers blend with other varieties to help round out hardness inherent in Cab grapes. This wine is 100% Cab with no blending showing its true unbridled character. Softness and complexities are just starting to emerge as it has been in the bottle for just over two years.
