Windy Oaks Estate was founded by Jim and Judy Schultze on 15 acres of vineyard located at 1,000 feet on a ridge overlooking the town of Corralitos and the Monterey Bay. Grapes for their Windy Oaks Whites are sourced from neighboring vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountain Appellation and tank-fermented in stainless steel.
