The Vintage

Abundant rainfall in the winter and spring left the soil nice and moist which was perfect for the long and mild summer. The valley was spared from any unusual weather events. A nice long string of foggy mornings helped to preserve freshness while the fruit enjoyed nice and even ripening.

Tasting Notes

The 2019 Trois Noix Sauvignon Blanc is based on the Musqué clone grown in a small lot of Ryan's Vineyard in Oak Knoll which offers delicate floral and tropical notes with hints of chalk dust. Our Sauvignon Blanc is medium-bodied, with gentle aromas and flavors of fresh rosemary and thyme, mingled with green apple and waxed lemon. Crisp acidity with plenty of wet-stone character.

Enjoy with a peach, arugula and goat cheese salad or fresh oysters.
