Ratings & Reviews
93 Points - Decanter Magazine:
"A beautiful bright ruby from Talley's estate vineyards, this Pinot Noir is a delicious melange of ripe red berries and savoury dried herbs.—aomas of smoky rose petals and gravelly dust compliment a dried strawberry leather character. The palate shows bright red berry flavours, spicy and savoury elements of chicory root and mouthfuls of flowery lavender character. (Drink between 2024-2037)" - Clive Pursehouse (Apr 2024)
92 Points - James Suckling:
"A rather light style of pinot noir but with ample aroma and flavor complexity. Black tea, cinnamon, savory herbs and a touch of vanilla on the nose, then raspberries, red cherries and cedar on the palate. Medium-bodied, vegan and sustainable. Drink now." - JS (Aug 2024)
91 Points - Jeb Dunnuck:
"A solid step up, the 2022 Pinot Noir Estate is more spicy and complex, with savory redcurrant and cherry fruit as well as lots of spice, dried herbs, and underbrush nuances. It's balanced, medium-bodied, has fine tannins, and a beautiful finish." - JD (Aug 2024)
91 Points - The Wine Independant:
"The 2022 Estate Pinot Noir is a blend of four different estate vineyards. It has a pale to medium ruby-purple color. Scents of ripe raspberries, pomegranate, and wild strawberries spring from the glass, leading to hints of cardamom, lavender oil, and tree moss. The medium-bodied palate is delicately styled with vivacious red berry flavors supported by earthy accents and a very fine-grained texture, finishing on a perfumed note." - Lisa Perrotti-Brown (Oct 2023)
