Grüner Veltliner might be hard to pronounce (GROO-ner VEHLT-ly-ner) but this versatile varietal makes it easy to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Known for its high acid and zesty finish, Grüner is the perfect companion to just about any experience or food. Try it with Indian food or vegetable dishes, or enjoy it at the beach with friends.

Translated to the “green wine of Veltlin”, Grüner Veltliner has been grown in Austria for hundreds of years but we’ve found this grape thrives in the cool climate of the Edna Valley. Again, its versatility shines through. Our 2023 vintage boasts remarkable brightness and crispness, with notes of cantaloupe and jasmine.

"Precise aromas of Key lime, citrus and mandarin peel show on the nose of this bottling. The palate is immediately tense, with yellow-grapefruit and more orange-peel flavors, but more generous apple-blossom and pear-flesh elements arise in the midpalate, and the chalky mouthfeel carries deep into the finish."
