Fourth in a five part sherry series, the whisky has been matured for four years in bourbon casks followed by six years in fino sherry casks.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: The latest release in our sherry series opens with notes of blood orange, brandy snaps, vanilla custard and tinned fruits.

Palate: Notes of cinnamon sugar, fresh mint, praline, morello cherries and lemon curd emerge on the palate.

Finish: Notes of key lime, cola bottles and maple syrup round off this dram.

Awards/Reviews:

"Hints of damp oak, dunnage and bung cloth, but also a sliver of tobacco, rock pools and orange rind. Then whiffs of almonds, a touch of cookie dough and wood smoke that lingers in my nostrils. There’s a faint tropical fruitiness in the background. More so stone fruits, such as peaches, but maybe also tinned pineapple. On the palate, a mixture of dark caramel with a good sprinkle of white pepper and tobacco, but also pomegranate and smoked raspberries. A nice salinity too, as well as proper mineral notes and a decent zestiness. There’s a faint tropicality as well. Bright fruits, earthy smoke and somewhat flinty finish." - Words Of Whisky
