Cuvée Sauvage, meaning “wild blend,” marries untamed terroir with restraint in the cellar to yield an elegant Pinot Noir.
Cuvée Sauvage is sculpted by the expressive terroir of the Russian River Valley on the Sonoma Coast. Here, dense fog moves inland across majestic redwoods, blanketing the vines and yielding bright, intensely flavorful fruit.

Earthy and dense with wild strawberry, bright cherry, and rose petal, our Pinot Noir is rich and flavorful with balanced acidity and a refined finish. Each lot is fermented and aged separately, allowing for meticulous blending that brings out the unique beauty of the terroir.
