San Elias is a range of outstanding varietal wines produced from a careful grape selection and a very delicate vinification process. The wines are young though very intense, with brilliant and deep colors, very fruity and persistent flavors in the palate.
The grapes for this Chardonnay are grown in vineyards in the Central Valley. This wine has an attractive yellow color with some green tones and intense pineapple aromas. It's intense varietal character reminds of ripe fruits, with notes of banana and tropical fruits. In the palate it is fresh with good acidity, crispy and well-balanced.
