About This Wine:
The first step in creating our cru merlot is meticulously selecting the best merlot grapes from our vineyards. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and soft-crushed before undergoing maceration for roughly 15 days. During this two-week period of skin contact, the wine undergoes fermentation. Following fermentation, the wine is then transferred into new French oak barrique, where it ages and matures for 24 months.
What Does It Taste Like?
Our best Merlot grapes produce an incredibly intense reddish purple hue. A rich and complex bouquet submerges the drinker with notes of cherry, cocoa and leather. The long and soothing finish completes the wine’s well-founded structure.
