About the Winery: 
Round Pond has been growing premium wine grapes since the early 1980s. Cultivated with meticulous care, their grapes have been sold to several of the most preeminent wineries in the region. Using a small selection of extraordinary grapes from their vineyard's 350 planted acres, Round Pond has established an acclaimed estate wine program focusing on world-class Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc produced in extremely limited quantities. 

Notes from the Winemaker:
This zippy Sauvignon Blanc practically jumps out of the glass with its aromatics of white lilies, spring rain, lychee fruit and grapefruit pith, which continue to develop as the wine opens up with air. On the palate there is a stunning richness balanced with mouthwatering acidity from start to finish, making this a wine that truly over-delivers on every expectation.
