This single acre of Ruby Cabernet, planted at our main vineyard in the late-1940’s, has been kept separate each vintage for the last twenty years. It has consistently produced a wine that has rivaled in quality many of the best Cabernet Sauvignons produced in California. The 1978 vintage has the elegance and character of fine claret.
