Distillery Notes:
Redwood National Park is home to more than 45% of the remaining old-growth coastal redwoods on Earth. Deep within this forest is the Devils Tower. Named after the striking monument in Wyoming, it rises 340 feet into the sky.
Our small lot series allows us to continue our spirit of experimentation by applying our hard-won house style to products with a specific focus. This high rye bourbon whiskey is in a league of its own.

"Four-grain, high-rye bourbon blended from 25 barrels. Made from a mashbill of 51% corn, 45% rye, 2% wheat, and 2% malt, and then aged for at least 5 years in toasted char No.-3 barrels. The nose is sweet and redolent of fragrant wood, followed by a palate filled with vanilla cream and chocolate syrup, balanced by drying oak tannins."
