French luxury meets pre-Prohibition inspired ‘rye-forward’ whiskey to deliver a truly decadent whiskey experience for the Redemption Cognac Cask Finish. To create this unique offering, Master Blender Dave Carpenter teamed up with our friends at Ferrand Cognac, one of the world’s premier Cognac makers, to take our award-winning High Rye Bourbon and finish it in authentic Pierre Ferrand Cognac casks. The result is a truly wonderful whiskey that delivers elegant and bold flavors, balanced with a warming sweetness and Redemption’s signature ‘rye-forward’ finish.

• Nose: Juicy floral notes of hibiscus, concord grape, and the warmth of clove and allspice
• Palate: Dark stone fruits (plum, peach preserves), spiced poached pear, with a layered tannin complexity from the French oak
• Finish: Warming, long finish of buttered pecan, praline, baking spice
