The latest addition to our family saw its fi rst day in June 2009. It is an authentic cuvée without artifi ce. Its grapes are from 2 plots : one half from Le Mesnil and the other half from Montgueux, the best cru of the Aube. On this magnifi cent hill, ripe Chardonnay fruit comes to life. No sugar or sulphites are added at the dosage stage, revealing the subtleties of a Chardonnay in its purest form.
TastingA nose of pastry lightly toasted evolves into floral notes of delicate iris and lime-tree. On the palate, supple and ripe fruit as well as candied apricot and peach are topped with a touch of grapefruit and lime. It leaves you with its freshness and lingering finish. Perfect for a distinctive and refreshing aperitif.
