Tasting Notes:
Shimmering, sanguine red with iridescent topaz edges. Nice weight on the glass. Upon opening, aromas of black cerise pie. Earthy with moist loam and white truffles. Light touches of oriental spices. Rich on the palate, medium to full and a bit piquant on the backside. Subtle Lapins cherries with lingonberry undertones. Hints of elderberry and rosehip in the finish. Silky texture.

Final Note: This wine would go well with seared, oven finished, coffee and spice blackened pork loin.
