Ratings & Reviews
93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"Outstanding, the 2011 Pinot Noir Fiddlestix shows a darker slant to its bouquet with ripe cherries, cassis, licorice, ground spices and pepper all emerging from the glass. Medium-bodied, structured and nicely focused, with a stacked mid-palate, sweet tannin and a great texture, it will be better in another year and have 7-8 years of evolution, if not longer. I love the overall richness and structure here, and this is impressive." - Jeb Dunnuck (Aug 2013)
92 Points - Wine Enthusiast:
"A beautiful Pinot Noir, light and silky in the mouth, with brisk acidity and a lovely coat of sweet, smoky new oak. The flavors show the pedigree of the vineyard, suggesting ripe raspberries, cherries, cola and red currants, touched with exotic sandalwood." (11/1/2013)
91 Points - Vinous Media:
"Bright ruby-red. Sexy, floral aromas of black raspberry and cherry, with subtle spicecake and anise nuances adding complexity. Lively and precise, offering incisive red and dark berry flavors that put on weight with air. Closes sweet and long, with gentle tannins framing intense raspberry and cherry-cola flavors." - Josh Raynolds (Nov 2013)
