Tasting Notes
Nose: Dry and mild with a gentle prickle. Honey spice and toffee warmth open the profile. Underneath are coastal aromas - sea breeze, sand dunes, seaweed, and touches of citrus peel. A drop of water brings out an oily nuance and softens the oak edges, revealing linen or light herbal tones.
Palate: Smooth and creamy, guided by syrupy peaches and warm spices. The bourbon oak provides structure and vanilla-nut backbone, while the maritime character emerges more strongly with water - salted edges, touch of peppery cooling, and accentuated spices.
Finish: Medium to long and warming, the finish holds onto the spicy warmth integrated with a gentle oak tannin and lingering coastal salt. It closes with a comforting, spicy fade rather than harsh dryness.
