Notes from the Winemaker:
COLOR: A medium intensity of brilliant, ruby red, with hints of violet

BOUQUET: Intense aroma of plums and red fruits, with a delicate finish of floral notes reminiscent of medicinal herbs, lavender, thyme and sage

TASTE: Delicately balanced, with strong fruity notes, soft tannins, and a well rounded body

VINIFICATION AND AGEING:
Grapes of the Pozzillo vineyards in the commune of Sant’Agata dei Goti, are selected and harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out in ceramic casks for approximately three weeks. The wine remains in these ceramic casks for an aging period of twelve months. Further followed by a minimum of six months aging in bottle
