60% Albariño, 33% Loureira, 6% Caíño Blanco, and 1% Treixadura • sourced from the schistous sand of Finca Silvosa in the Rosal subzone • fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel • no malolactic • aged for six months in tank on the fine lees with periodic stirring

Laurel and fennel aromas segue intoa palate that's more fused and refreshing than the 2022 release, with quince, lime andpassion fruit flavours, an appealing bitter twist and a pithy, mouth-watering finish. 2024-28

"The 2023 Pazo de Seoane Rosal, a blend of Albariño, Loureiro, Caiño Blanco and Treixadura from O Rosal, marks the inaugural vintage of this cuvée. Golden-yellow in the glass, it exudes aromas of white flowers, peach, honey and pastry. Delicate on the palate, its malic freshness contrasts with a broad, moderately rich profile. This is a vibrant and enjoyable example from O Rosal."

Resplendent honeydew melon, grapefruit, lemon peel and floral nose. Palate has refreshing, tangy acidity, a slightly waxy texture and notes of green apple and lime. Long, slightly saline, finish. Superb!
