Distillery Notes:
Redbreast 21 year old is the finest representation of the signature Redbreast sherry style. It is the oldest and richest expression of the Redbreast style ever produced; and the 21 year ageing process introduces new levels of depth, flavor and taste to create an inherently complex and ultimately, rewarding whiskey.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Remarkable aroma spanning fresh tropical fruits, nuts, and rich dried fruit.
Taste: Soft vanilla, toasted oak, sherry nuttiness with a dusting of Pot Still spices. Luscious fleshy fruit notes complete the creamy mouthfeel.
Finish: Lingers, seemingly forever, to oak and Pot Still spices and then, the final bow from barley- where it all began.
Awards/Reviews:
98 Points, Chairman's Trophy - Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2022
"Beautifully clean, saffron color. Inside the aroma exists an entire congregation of seductive aromas, most notably, cherry compote, prickly pear, oak plank, and fresh honey. The taste features zesty flavors of cinnamon bun, honey-flavored breakfast cereal, and toasted almond. Finishes extended, oily, and creamy in texture. A benchmark."
98 Points - Intl Wine & Spirits Competition 2022
"This is superbly elegant and masterfully approachable. The underlying fruit aromatics of peach, apricot, pineapple and lychee are balanced by a smart woodiness. Completed by flavors of tarte tatin and floras, a pinch of baking spice leaves you wanting more."

"Wow! After the wonderful 12 year old cask strength, Redbreast does it again. This is a different beast altogether, but it is a stunner. This is Roger Waters doing The Wall: over the top, unsubtle, and totally entertaining. There’s lots going on: fermenting apples, juicy oils, spice, and dark cherry and berry fruits zip and fizz over the palate, the wood influence is sublime. I'm comfortably numb."
