About the Rum:
An opulent blend of the finest column and pot still rums triple cask aged for 5 to 17 years (American whiskey, Bourbon, Cognac). Extra Old blends significantly older barrels of mainly double pot distillates that have rounded crisper notes into a subtle balance. Round and complex with notes of fig, dark chocolate, salted caramel and cloves. It exudes the finesse that only time can bring. A true taste of paradise.
