"A lively, fruity and well-balanced Cognac with bright pops of cinnamon and cardamom winding into a long toffee finish. Light amber color, sweet and toasty vanilla and orange aromas."
“Martell V.S.O.P Medaillon has a well-orchestrated symphony of aromas and flavors to enjoy with a complex nose, subdued mouth and a racy finish. It mixes surprisingly well, especially with citrus or fruit inspired cocktails. Martell suggests V.S.O.P Medailllon for use in the Toasted Lemon Cognac Cocktail, a variation on the side car that substitutes sweet grilled lemon for lemon juice. Martell also recommends V.S.O.P. Medaillon for mixing in the traditional Side Car cocktail and in an intriguing sounding Plum Spritz (Cognac, Plum wine or sake, topped with soda).” - Cognac.com
