About the Whisky:
A deep and rich fragrance of the highest quality makes you feel the long-term maturation of over 18 years. This blended malt whisky is from Matsui Shuzo Distillery Northwest of Kyoto in southern Japan Founded in 1910.Blend of Malt sourced from some of the finest distilleries in Scotland with Japanese Malt Whisky that has been distilled with volcanic rock-filetered water. The complex and deep flavor profile joins the sweet taste of honey mixed with smoke and spice, and a mellow sweetness of vanilla with a refreshing touch of mint. 

AGEING: Entirely in white oak barrels

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Slightly grassy at first, before layers of buttered bread and aromatic oak develop

PALATE: Complex and deep flavor profile joins the sweet taste of honey mixed with smoke and spice, and a mellow sweetness of vanilla with a refreshing touch of mint

FINISH: Vanilla-forward, with another hint of smoke lingering
