Our 90-proof Tennessee Whisky. We blend older whiskies to achieve deep, assertive flavors with an incredibly smooth finish. Bold and brazen, this is our Superior No. 12.

Concentrated flavors of rich oak and subtle vanilla lead to a long finish with hints of maple, butter and smoke. A whisky with enormous depth, range and personality – considered by many to be the gold standard of Tennessee Whisky.

MASH BILL: 84% corn, 8% rye, 8% malted barley

"Cedar, honey and vanilla arise on the nose of this Tennessee whiskey. The palate opens with oak, followed by an herbaceous sarsaparilla lilt and a long vanilla fade. Adding water coaxes out cedar, maple and a zap of lemon peel-like acidity. Made with a blend of older whiskies."

"Fragrant aromas of fresh fruit and caraway on the nose, with dried banana, buttered corn, black currant, raspberry coulis, and preserves being jarred for winter, along with an earthy warehouse note. Smooth and sweet on the palate, with hints of orange peel, candied orange, cocoa, and root beer.
