About the Tequila:
100% handpicked Blue Weber agave, double distilled, aged for a full year in an artfully selected mix of barrels no larger than 300 liters, then bottled in-house at Hacienda Corralejo.

Aging Process: Aged 12 Months in a mix of American, French Limousine and Mexican Oak

Estate Grown: 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested from our fields in the state of Guanajuato

Double Distilled: Perfected by the French in distilling Cognac, the 400 year old Charentais distillation method allows for exceptional retention of aroma and flavor

"Concentrated, intense aromas include lead pencil, steamed asparagus and rubber eraser; another seven minutes sees the raw aroma transform into a bouquet that features scents of palm oil, jalapeño, oak resin and stone/granite/mineral. Palate entry offers subtle, semisweet tastes of toffee and egg cream; by midpalate, the taste includes vanilla, cocoa, margarine, peppercorn and honey. Ends in sweet, creamy tastes that highlight the toffee."
