Aged in Bourbon and Spanish Sherry casks

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Enticing fresh pear, apple peels, baking spice, nutmeg and a hint of smoked orange peel

Palate: Well-rounded, smooth character with toffee, apple, sultana, vanilla essence, chocolate ganache, spices, caramel and rich fruit

Finish: Lingering spice and depth of flavor

Proof: 88.6 (44.3% ABV)
