At Bespoken Spirits, we combine the best ingredients and the experience of hundreds of years of whiskey making, as well as the science and knowledge from the 21st century, to mature and create customized spirits in days rather than years.
This is a lighter variation on our Original recipe. We started with a mellowed and fruitier un-aged whiskey and hand selected a custom array of 2-year seasoned staves. We treated these staves in a manner to allow the floral and fruity nature of the spirit to shine through. After marrying the spirit and the wood in our refiner, we were able to produce an elegant, aromatic whiskey that can be enjoyed anytime.

Tasting Notes:
It has a light gold color, with a plethora of floral and fruit aromas (rose petal, cranberry, pineapple) and a backbone of baking spice. On the palate, soft caramel, cocoa and lemon zest dominate, with a touch of cardamom and clove on the finish. It is 45% ABV.
