At Bespoken Spirits, we combine the best ingredients and the experience of hundreds of years of whiskey making, as well as the science and knowledge from the 21st century, to mature and create customized spirits in days rather than years.
Our Rye Whiskey was created by sourcing quality barrels of young (minimum 3 month old) Rye Whiskies from top distillers across the nation. We hand selected our staves, seasoned for at least 2 years, and treated them with a process tailored to bring out the intricate properties of the spirit. Then, we â€married" the wood with the whiskey in our spirit refiner, which creates the ideal setting for whiskey maturation, giving the spirit more color, flavor, depth, and body.
Tasting Notes:
This spirit has rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and spice on the nose with supporting nuances of caraway, celery, and a mild smokiness. The palate features the key components of charred American oak, with a rounded sweetness and a peppery finish. It is 50% ABV.
