 The latest in Bardstown’s renowned Fusion series, Fusion #5 showcases the fusion between exemplary 11 year old sourced Bourbon with two of the distillerys carefully selected mashbills.

Note: Bardstown Fusion Series #1 was Whiskey Advocate Top 20 in Its Initial Release with very similar Mashbill to Fusion Series #3

56% 4 year old Bardstown Bourbon (70% corn, 18% rye, 12% malted barley)

14% 3 year old Bardstown Bourbon (60% corn, 26% rye, 10% wheat, 4% malted barley)

30% 11 year old Kentucky Bourbon (75% corn, 13% rye, 12% malted barley)

Tasting Notes

Rich bread pudding and caramelized plantains with a touch of orange zest leads to flavors of dark chocolate and Bing cherry on the palate, concluding with the signature smooth and balanced Fusion finish, perfect or a cocktail or summer sipper.
