At Ravera, the land opens up into a natural amphitheatre, where the vineyards enjoy optimal exposure to the sun. The mineral-rich soil nourishes the vines generously, giving them the strength to produce ripe, juicy fruit. Ravera wines are like symphonies, harmonious and complete, with a good body and elegant tannins. The nose detects notes of ripe fruit, spices and flowers in a perfect balance that captivates the palate.

The soil of the Lequio Formation (11-12 million years ago) is made up of approximately 50% silt with the remainder sand and clay with a high content of active lime.

A wine with an impressive structure, it is particularly suitable with second courses based on red meat and game. Also good with cheeses.

Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks, elevation in wooden barrels and porcelain eggs.
