Notes About the Whiskey:

Introducing the limited edition Heaven’s Door Decade Series. This 10-year bourbon is the first release in a trailblazing new collection of premium whiskeys, curated out of a true labor of dedication and patience over time. Every drop of this bourbon tells a story about the importance of time, age, and maturation. Heaven’s Door invites you to be part of that story. 100 proof.

Heaven's Door is an award-winning collection of handcrafted American whiskeys co-created with iconic musician and artist, Bob Dylan. The perfect blend of art and craft, each bottle of Heaven's Door showcases Dylan's distinctive welded iron gates that he created in his studio, Black Buffalo Ironworks.

Serve in a tumbler at or near room temperature on the rocks, neat, or with a splash of distilled water.

Tasting Notes:

Butterscotch - Brown butter, molasses, and caramelized sugar.

Maple - Sweet, caramel-like, nutty, and slightly burnt.

Poached Pear - Tangy, balanced spice, and fruit aroma.

Banana - Tropical, reminiscent of vanilla, honey, and rum.
Chocolate - Sweet Notes of Toffee and bitter chocolate with leathery finish.

Awards/Reviews:

Grade: A (Drinkhacker)
"Bright butterscotch, vanilla, and a huge slug of mint dominate the nose. More overt wood notes play second fiddle, but they linger gently in the background. Again the palate is dominated by sweetness, here showing orange peel, Marasca cherry, and ample brown butter. A brown sugar character is backed up by just a hint of peanut shell, then some caramel corn and a touch of dill. The body feels buttery and rich, sandalwood overtones lending a sultry quality to the whiskey. Clean, sweet finish, tinged with notes of banana and milk chocolate. Love it."
92 Points - Whisky Advocate
"A symphony of fruit on the nose, with raspberries, strawberry-banana milkshake, and dried pineapple wafting up from the glass. Stay awhile, and yogurt-covered raisins, cherries, and milk chocolate join the fray. The palate delivers even more chocolate—cocoa powder, chocolate-chip banana bread, and chocolate flourless cake—paired splendidly with baking spices and red fruit. More cinnamon follows on the finish, complemented by a zing of lemon and a delicious dash of cinnamon spice."

"It's good. Quite good. Aroma and palate are complex and interesting and deliver a profile that glides through the senses. It’s sweet, earthy/rustic, warm and has a depth that keeps pulling me back. I’m gonna enjoy emptying this one." - The Whiskey Jug
