What sets the Double Mash apart is its unique composition. The final whiskey is a meticulous blend of two-thirds traditional bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) and one-third wheated bourbon (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley). Both individual components are patiently aged for exactly nine years before being brought together. The traditional bourbon mashbill is designed to contribute robust structure, spice, and richness, while the wheated component adds a softer and more rounded character. Honoring the strict regulations of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, it is bottled at precisely 100 proof (50% ABV).
