About the Wine:

The Emblem Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a delicate balance of structure from hillside grapes and suppleness from valley floor vineyards, illuminating Napa Valley’s diverse topography. 

Emblem wines can be cellared or enjoyed upon release. Most importantly, they should be served in the same spirit of conviviality that created them—with good food and the company of friends and family.

Winemaker Notes:
Brilliant ruby in color with hints of purple. Aromas of concentrated plum, blackberry, and anise. On the palate it is fruity and firm with flavors of cassis, huckleberry, plum, coffee bean and toasty oak. 

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petite Sirah, 7% Petit Verdot
18 months ageing in French oak barrels (66% new)
