The El Dorado 12 Year Old possesses a rich fruity bouquet of explosive flavours, owing largely to the estery richness acquired from the EHP Wooden Coffey and Metal Coffey Stills.

Tasting Notes:
Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. Mellow, full bodied with rich flavours of fruits and spice. A delightful, elegant and dry finish.

"Produced in three historic stills (a mix of pot and column), this molasses-based rum spends 12 years in ex-whisky casks before release. Despite that resting period, it suffers no shortage of liveliness or energy. Vibrant fruit aromas rise from the glass before each sip delivers rich helpings of dried fruit and enticing spice. This is a great option for Rum Old Fashioneds."
