About The Winery:
Following the extension of the Domaine by Monsieur Jean NAUDET in 1985 the Société Civile d'Exploitation Viticole came into being with his son Michel as its head.
The property is situated in Sury-en-Vaux, a viticultural commune six kilometres from Sancerre.
Today the Domaine makes wines from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes:
Each terroir is vinified alone in steel temperature controlled tanks. Short pruning and low yields are practiced in order to achieve highly concentrate aromas. For white, the Sauvignon grapes are slowly pressed and the collected juice stays in steel tanks for 24 hours for the first must settling. Then slowly the alcoholic fermentation starts. The wine stays on its fine lees all winter. The bottling is done beginning of the next year. After 2 weeks, the grapes are pressed and the collected juice stays in tank until bottling around march of the next year.
Fresh and sharp, this wine has nice citrus aromas, black current buds as well as crisp white fruits. Vibrant minerality
Pairing: goes perfectly with fish and seafood, as well as cheese.
