Hand-harvested in stages, this wine is entirely vinified and aged in barrels. It has a brilliant golden color and a nose with candied aromas, clearly expressing the overripe grapes, with subtle hints of vanilla and toast. Full-bodied and rich on the palate.

Brilliant gold tinted color showing ripe cooked quince, citrus and bright acidity. Ripe, but showing nice grit and tension.
