About the Winery:
Denner Vineyards is an estate on the far western border of the Paso Robles AVA. Founded by Ron Denner in 1999 after an exhaustive search throughout California. The 156-acre parcel presses up against the Santa Lucia Range, giving the site great diversity of elevation, aspect and soil. The estate is nestled into the Templeton Gap. Denner Vineyards currently uses 45 of the total 108 acres for their estate wine program. The remaining grapes are sold to ultra-premium producers in Paso Robles. Much of their fruit graces the wines of Villa Creek Cellars, Linne Calodo, and Justin Vineyards among others. Denner’s winemaking program is headed by Anthony Yount, a graduate of California Polytechnical University. He is amazingly talented and we are big fans of his wines.

Ratings & Reviews

93 Points - Robert Parker's Wine Advocate:
"The 2023 Theresa is a beautiful snapshot of contemporary Paso Robles white wine, characterized by a honeyed, floral and herbal nose of striking purity that increases in complexity with aeration. The palate combines a glossy polish with succulent, tensile energy, culminating in a similarly taut, stony finish propelled by incisive acidity with a soft, lush core of fruit."

93 Points - Vinous Media:
"The 2023 Theresa is perfumed, with a slight tropical tinge up front as a mix of peach preserves and fresh mint fills the senses. Soothingly round, it shows a pleasant inner tension that builds as mineral-laced fruits swirl throughout. The finish is beautifully crisp and long, with a saline inflection that lingers." -Eric Guido (June 2025)

91 Points - Jeb Dunnuck:
"A blend of 25% each of Marsanne and Roussanne, 22% Grenache Blanc, 18% Vermentino, and the balance Clairette, the 2023 Theresa reveals stone and orchard fruits, orange blossom, blanched almond, and stony, mineral nuances. Medium-bodied, nicely textured, balanced, juicy and lively, with good acidity and outstanding length, this will shine on the dinner table. Drink 2025-2030."
