About the Producer:
Dana Estates is a wine producer of Napa Valley, located at the foot of the Mayacamas mountain range. It produces a range of premium single-vineyard wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon with a small inclusion of Sauvignon Blanc. 

About Onda:
ONDA draws inspiration from the classic Napa Valley vintages of the 1960s and 1970s. Red wines of this period were made in the first-growth Bordeaux style, blending a diversity of sites together to create complex wines with the structure, freshness, and balance to age for decades.

Winemaker Maura Johnson assembles the ONDA Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected vineyard sites across Napa Valley. Each component of the blend brings a distinctive tone and texture, creating wines of exquisite harmony and resonance. These complex wines celebrate the tempo of the vintage and the precision of the composer.

Tasting Notes:
The ONDA Sauvignon Blanc opens in the glass with intense aromas of pineapple, kiwi, ginger, and brioche.  A creamy and yet firmly structured entry is suffused with flavors of Meyer lemon curd, lemongrass, grapefruit, and chamomile. This Sauvignon Blanc is built for ageing, with skin phenolics from the basket pressing adding texture and breadth to the wine. On the finish the wine is full of minerality, candied ginger and apricots. While inviting now, this wine will grow in depth and complexity over the next decade or more.
