The best Gin & Tonic ever, sans the tonic…1.5 oz Blue Gin or Greenhook American Dry Gin
1.5 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco
.5 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Chilled Sparkling Water
Lime Wedge
Method:
1. Build gin, vermouth and lime juice in an iced highball glass.
2. Top with chilled sparkling water
3. Garnish with a lime wedge
