About the Winery:
This is the philosophy of the owners of Domaine de Léoube, one of the most beautiful protected sites in Europe and home to Château Léoube: “We believe in strengthening the land’s biodiversity and natural defenses by employing traditional growing methods and using only natural, non-toxic treatments.”

Set on 560 hectares, Léoube includes 70 hectares of vineyards and 25 hectares of olive groves, all devoted to growing the grapes and olives that make Léoube’s award winning wines and olive oils.

Romain Ott, the magic word in the world of wine and winemaking. Son of a winegrower and born of a family of winegrowers for four generations, he handles all the productions of Château Léoube. “Producing the best of what the earth can give with love and gratitude…” is Romain Ott’s philosophy, a “Philosophy of the Essence of Wine”, with the utmost respect for the product and traditions, in the subtle search for the healthiest and most balanced grapes possible, for the greatest quality and consistency.

Notes from the winemaker:
This organic rosé wine, selected by Léoube, is fresh and fruity. Léoube, vineyard in the var, collect force and light in the uniqueness of its soil. Rising star of the vineyards of Provence, Léoube continues its development and launches a new organic rosé in Côtes de Provence “Love by Léoube”! A love of Provence rosé conceived in the purest Léoube style, an elegant and fruity organic rosé wine, bringing the signature of a unique know how.

This is a quintessential, dry Provence rosé style with principals blends: Grenache and Cinsault Direct press, alcoholic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tank.

Tasting Notes:
This is a quintessential, dry Provence rosé style. Pale pink and with attractive fruit flavour of strawberry and white peach.

Ratings & Reviews

90 Points (Gold) - Beverage Testing Institute:

"Pink coral color. Aromas and flavors of cold soak/ cold fermentation, banana esters, raspberry taffy, white strawberry, and dried rose pedals with a velvety, lively, dry light-to-medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-long finish manifesting notes of raspberry nougat, strawberry tops, dried garden herbs, and petrichor. The red berry essence of the Grenache really pops on the nose and palate with the Syrah and Mourvèdre lending structure and herbs making this a more complete wine fit for dinner pairings."

90 Points - Wine Enthusiast (2022 Vintage):
"Fully ripe with a soft texture, the wine is smooth and appealing. It has a tangy character that gives texture and a fine bite at the end. Drink now. Organic." - Roger Voss (Sep 2023)
