About the Wine:
Top quality Tempranillo grapes are specially selected and carefully handled. A malolactic fermentation takes place in 225L American oak barriques, adding an extra smoothness to the texture of the wine along with the development of flavour and character. The wine rests for at least five months in bottle prior to release.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Deep, cherry red.
Aroma: Cherry fruit, toast and hints of chocolate come together in an attractively rich bouquet of aromas.
Palate: Full-bodied and full of fresh fruit and liquorice notes, the smooth, ripe tannins make for a long, lingering finish.
