We could tell you about how Bib & Tucker’s award-winning smoothness stops you in your tracks, but maybe it’s better to tell you why. For that we go back to the 1880s. It was a time of immense accomplishment. Cities grew, territories were claimed, skyscrapers went up, railroad tracks went down. And it was a time where those accomplishments were celebrated. From East Coast tycoons to West Coast cowboys, the time was taken to break out our best and raise our glass. Inspired by that time, we created a small batch bourbon worthy of our finest moments.
- Aroma: Leads with a scent of strong vanilla and sweet hay. And is accented by a whiff of sandalwood and mace.
- Taste: With a smooth entry, the bourbon is nicely balanced with a hint of pecan pie sweetness. It fulfills the promise of its nose before evolving into a warm, rich, spicy sensation.
- Finish: Coats the palate with a complex, yet balanced and long-lasting chestnut finish.
Ratings & Reviews
Rank #14, 93 Points - Whisky Advocate Top 20 Of 2021
"This Tennessee bourbon’s packaging has an old-school look and name (referring to dressing up, perhaps in your Sunday best), but in reality it’s rather new, first brought to market in 2014. Despite its lack of pedigree, at 6 years old this is lip-smacking whiskey, with a color of caramel, and an alluring aroma of sweet baking spices. There are bold, bracing tannins of cigar box and menthol that balance out the heavy sweetness of orange jam and long-stewed fruit. Intense, tasty, no-nonsense bourbon." —David Savona

96 Points - The Tasting Panel
“The six-year-aged bourbon has a nose of antiques, new saddle leather, chamomile- soaked butterscotch drops and warm cinnamon-kissed cedar.”
92 Points - Int'l Wine & Spirits Competition 2021
Very Good/Strong Recommendation - Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2021
"Like a caramel apple at the fair, this Bourbon has a distinct creaminess that smoothens it and allows the other flavors of peanut brittle, clove, and mace come forth. The finish is long and peppery, hinting at a high-rye mashbill."
