At Bespoken Spirits, we combine the best ingredients and the experience of hundreds of years of whiskey making, as well as the science and knowledge from the 21st century, to mature and create customized spirits in days rather than years.
Our Dark Rum is our first venture into matured spirits other than whiskey. The spirit for our Dark Rum is sourced from a renown California craft distillery using US Virgin Islands sugar cane. We hand select our staves, seasoned for at least 2 years, and treat them with a process tailored to bring out the tropical nature of the rum. After marrying the treated wood with the spirit in our refiner, we get a flavorful, smooth, and fruit-forward rum - great for any season.

Vibrant golden-brown color. Aromatic notes of banana, pineapple, mango, coconut, spice, caramel and vanilla give way to a palate of cocoa cereal, spiced cider, and lemon zest.
