The NVD Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon with some Mountain sass. The balance of tannins, minerality, acidity and intense fruit concentration hit all of the notes on the palate and leave you with a satisfyingly long finish. Sourced from vineyards at around 1600 feet of elevation in the Eastern Napa Mountains, this wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 22 months in 75% new French oak.
