AOC Crémant d'Alsace is the crowning glory of the lively and delicate sparkling Alsace wines, made using the traditional method. Pinot Blanc is the main grape variety but Riesling and Pinot Gris are used in the base wine. "The attack, marked by a slight acidity, is then balanced on lovely floral notes. We enjoyed its powerful finish." Made from Pinot Noir, Crémant Rosé is more aromatic and has great finesse.
Wine Enthusiast Magazine: "Notes of crushed dandelion leaves and green apple on the nose of this wine have the slightest edge of yeast. The palate is lively and frothy, edging close to creaminess, while the finish is dry and lasting. - AK (12/31/2019)

"Based on Pinot Noir the NV Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut has a very pale color with just a hint of rosé. Very delicate fruit aroma with hints of red berries and flowers on the very subtle, fresh and elegant nose lead to a full-flavored and quite expressive palate. The wine is quite powerful and fruit intense but in a discreet and elegant way. Firmly structured but provided with fine bubbles and an aromatic aftertaste there is really finesse in this very well-made and distinctive sparkling wine.
