Our 2021 Three by Wade Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted with the intention of offering a wine that feels just as special for a grand celebration as it does for a relaxed Tuesday evening. To achieve this, we sourced primarily from Sonoma, along with a few new vineyards in Mendocino County. The winemaking process blends modern techniques with traditional methods, resulting in a style that is distinctly Californian. We are constantly inspired by wines that deliver bold flavors without being overpowering. This Cabernet balances weight, texture, and depth — qualities you’ll find in the world’s finest wines. These elements reflect our winemaking philosophy, with the goal of creating a bottle that represents affordable luxury for everyday enjoyment.

Palate

This Cabernet greets the senses with rich aromas of ripe black plums, crushed blueberries, and hints of pencil shavings, accented by warm spices like clove. On the palate, fine-grained tannins integrate smoothly with bright acidity, creating a harmonious balance and well-defined structure that highlights its refined, classic character.
