Winery Tasting notes:
Pinot Grigio from Pinot Grigio grapes, fermented as a white wine. It has an intense straw-yellow colour; its aroma is intense, full and fruity, with excellent persistence. Its taste is dry, velvety, and particularly well-orchestrated for its full body.
Type of terrain:
Originated from the Eocene relief that led to the spread of an extensive area of colluvial materials around it and marl and sandstone belonging to the Flysch formation that give rise to a rocky substrate.

Ratings & Reviews
92 Points - Wine Enthusiast:
"This classic Pinot Grigio's aromas flow out of the glass showing fresh orchard notes, white flowers, lemon drop candy and crushed stone. It's lively on the palate with the sprightly levity of lemon zest, green apple skin, wild green herbs and a zip of acidity." - Jeff Porter (November 2023)
91 Points - James Suckling:
"Really fresh and pure on the nose with typical sliced apple and lime zest characters. Chalk and a hint of white fruit, too. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with bright, zingy acidity and a limey, nervy finish. Drink now. Screw cap." - Zekun Shuai (September 2023)
