In Japanese, Roku translates as the number six. Inside every bottle of Roku Gin, you will find six very special botanicals that are sourced in Japan. These represent Suntory’s commitment to only use the best ingredients harvested from the best growing areas in Japan. Every aspect of Roku Gin is crafted by Japanese artisans with a centuries-old tradition of meticulous attention to detail.

Botanicals

Made with fourteen botanicals, including six native Japanese botanicals: sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, sansho pepper, yuzu peel

Tasting Notes

Nose : Cherry blossom and green tea provide a floral and sweet aroma.

Palate : Complex, multi layered, yet harmonious flavour of various botanicals. Traditional gin taste in the base, plus characteristic Japanese botanical notes with yuzu as the top note. Smooth and silky texture.

Finish : The crisp Japanese sansho pepper brings a little spiciness to the finish.

Notes from the Maker:
Made with 100% Japanese white rice, the name Haku means "white" in Japanese. The word can also be read as "brilliant“ a tribute to the craft of mastering a clear, clean, and luminous vodka. Filtered through bamboo charcoal, Haku® has an unparalleled soft, round, and subtly sweet taste.

The product design harmonizes the Japanese traditional aesthetic with an evolving modernity. To convey it as a Japanese Craft Vodka, we use Japanese material with a touch of artisanal quality, simple and pure. Through the curved lines on the bottle, we represent the stream glistening through Japanese nature and Japan's four seasons.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: A soft aroma played up by the sweet, delicate floral aroma of rice.
Palate: A rich taste that gradually envelops the mouth with the natural sweetness and complex flavor of the rice.
Finish: A smooth finish with a sophisticated, pleasantly lingering sweetness thanks to the bamboo charcoal filtration process.

About Lille’s Blanc:

Lillet, classed as an aromatised wine within EU law, is a French wine-based aperitif from Podensac. It is a blend of 85% Bordeaux region wines and 15% macerated liqueurs, mostly citrus liqueurs. The mix is then stirred in oak vats until blended. During the aging process, Lillet is handled as a Bordeaux wine.

It’s the core Lillet product: all the freshness of an aperitif with a smooth and fruity taste and a full, fleshy structure.

Nose: Flowery
Mouth: Aromas of candied oranges, honey, pine resin and exotic fruits. Full and fleshy on the palate.
