About This Wine:
The original recipe for Contratto Aperitif dates back to 1933 and is based on a mixture of 24 delicately infused, premium natural herbs, spices, roots and seeds combine with Italian Brandy.

A slow, col maceration process is carried out acording to tradition, resulting in a sophisticated, all-natural elixir. This comlex yet well-balanced "boutique" aperitif is capable of turning any Contratto aperitif-based coktail into an exceptional experience.

About This Wine:
A dry, flavorful Brut with a pleasant vein of acidity and complex fragrance, it is an excellent aperitif as well as versatile with light food such as grilled fish or vegetable pasta.

"Bosco di Gica" is the ancient name of the location where the family vineyards are grown. The origins of the grape and the production criteria are similar to those of the traitional Prosecco Spumante. The Brut is obviously dryer, even though it maintains the gentle character of the vine. Pleasantly acid and possessing a complex fragrance, it is an excellent aperitif, but also a versatile spumante complementing fish, shellfish and crustaceans. It should be served at 7° - 8°C. Long periods of refrigeration must be avoided, at this alters its qualities.
